Well, so far this week, things on the fitness front are moving rather slowly, or not at all. Monday I was ill and left work early so I'll be using the rest of the week to try and get caught up which means less time for fitness. The week prior I had been going strong. I ran for longer than I've ever been able to. I made some time to do strength training, which I really need to work on. I'm not nearly as strong as I used to be a year ago. I still struggle with the food. I do much better when I can exercise though, it keeps me thinking healthy.
