I WILL get back on track this week. I am really excited about my
assessment results and hope to make more improvements by the next
assessment. I'm down about 7lbs! although, I'm not sure all of it
was from eating right and exercise. I was not feeling my best the
past couple of weeks. Either way, I'm going to try and NOT gain that
back and I'm feeling better now so I'll be able to get some exercise
back in my life. Taking these classes have been really helpful in
releasing my stress and frustrations.
