Week went well in terms of workouts.  My right knee really bothered me today on the bike.  Although I didn’t want to make any adjustments before the race next weekend I raised my seat which seemed to help.

 

In terms of diet I continue to struggle with the same issues.  Provided I bring snacks with to work, I do well until I go home after work.  I went to Pilates on Wednesday before going home and that seemed to help.
