The easiest way to make an appointment is to follow these steps:
  • Select the 'type' of appointment you would like to book.
  • Select 'Trainer' if you have a preference.
  • Select 'ALL' days so you can get a good view of everything that is available.
  • Select 'As soon as possible'.
  • Select 'Anytime'.
With the above selections this will give you the most options - otherwise you may not see an appointment on a certain day that could work for you.
